FAQs

We are here to help!

Please review some of the frequently asked questions below.

How big is the space we have to craft in?

Crafting space at our crops or retreats is a MINIMUM of 6 feet per person. We do have events where there are 8 feet per person, too.

What if I don't have a roommate, will you find one for me?

Not having a roommate isn’t a reason not to join us. We have a private Facebook group called Roommate Connections. You will be added to this group, once you have paid your deposit, and there you will find other people looking for roommates. We ask that you post a bit about yourself and any sleeping habits you have. From there you can make arrangements with someone else who is looking for a roommate, too. Just let us know what you decide so that we can make sure to put you together in our records. If you don’t use Facebook, with your permission, we can provide your email address and you can communicate with others looking for roommates. It’s kind of like a roommate matching service. It has been very successful.

Can I register for a weekend event now and pay my deposit a bit later?

No, the deposit is due at the time you register, in order to hold your seat.

What if I can't make the event? Can I transfer my seat?

Yes, you can! If you find you are unable to attend a retreat you may transfer your registration to another person.  In this case, once you have found a transfer, you must notify us in advance with the person’s contact information so we can confirm the transfer and their dietary needs.

If you are unable to find another person for a transfer, please let us know and if we have anyone on our wait-list we will be happy to work with you to contact them for a transfer. Ultimately, a transfer is your responsibility.

Can I register now for a one-day event and pay at a later date?

No, one-day event fees are due, in full, at registration.

Why do I need to give all my information every time I register for an event?

This is how we are able to do all our tracking for our separate events. As we may not know you personally, events in your life may change details of the registration, especially food allergies and sensitivities.

Do you have a payment plan?

We sure do and we think it’s pretty darn good. It is listed with all our weekend retreat registration information.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you find you are unable to attend a retreat you may transfer your registration to another person.  In this case, once you have found a transfer, you must notify us in advance with the person’s contact information so we can confirm the transfer and their dietary needs.

If you are unable to find another person for a transfer, please let us know and if we have anyone on our wait-list we will be happy to work with you to contact them for a transfer. Ultimately, a transfer is your responsibility.

Can you accommodate my dietary issues?

We can accommodate any allergies or sensitivities, and we will work with you to ensure that we take good care of you! It is important to include this information on the registration form.

Are your events wheelchair accessible?
We take pride in providing venues that are wheelchair accessible.
Is your on-site masseuse a Registered Massage Therapist?
She sure is. She will provide you with receipts on the spot.
Are children allowed at your events?

We only allow children over 12 years of age at our events. Children are charged at the same rate as adults.

Are pets allowed at your retreats?

Some of our weekend retreat locations do have pet policies and pets are allowed. We would have to confirm this at the time of registration for a location. We do not allow pets in the cropping or shopping areas so your furry friend may have to stay in the room for long periods of time, alone. We suggest leaving them at home in the comfort of familiar surroundings.

Is there alcohol allowed at your retreats?

Not at our Mini Retreats or Pop-Up events, however some of the venues we use for our weekend retreats allow alcohol and may even have a bar. Each venue may have different rules. It’s always best to check with us for more information.
